Overview
What is Changing
Consumer and business accounts are being migrated from the FIS TBS platform to a more modern FIS platform on June 15, 2026, enabling long-term platform modernization.
- Shortly after migration (Q3), business cardholders will have access to a more robust administrative level online account management platform, eZBusiness Card Management. See eZBusiness tab above or click here for details.
- MyCard Mobile app is being replaced by an enhanced Card Suite Pro app for personal accounts on June 15, 2026. See Card Suite Pro tab above or click here for details.
What is the Impact
There is minimal impact to your bank and our mutual cardholders
- No immediate card network brand change
- No card replacement tied to brand network
In addition:
Cardholders will have access to enhanced Card Suite Pro mobile app for personal accounts
Cardholders currently using the MyCard Mobile app will no longer be able to access it after June 15, 2026
- Business cardholders will have access to eZBusiness Card Management (Q3)
- Cardholders will continue to have access to current digital channels like MyCardStatement and cRewards
When it Will Occur
The platform migration will occur on June 15, 2026. TCM will monitor and address any concerns that may arise quickly. We encourage you to reach out with any feedback.

Attend Webinar Demos
Webinar demos for Card Suite Pro mobile app and eZBusiness Card Management will be held prior to June 15, 2026. Please check your emails for invitation with dates and times.

Review and Order New Marketing Materials
Card Suite Pro Mobile App - traditional and digital marketing materials will be available for the Card Suite Pro mobile app on the Agent Portal after June 1. You can also reference the mobile app marketing guide.
Encourage your customers to download the new app so they can easily manage their credit card account from anywhere, anytime.
Review Cardholder Communications
Cardholders will begin getting notified of the new Card Suite Pro app starting June 1, 2026. See below examples of some of the communication channels.

What's Changing for Cardholders
Autopay Changes
After June 15, 2026, cardholders with custom autopay dates for paying their TCM-issued card will be changed to the payment due date.
The new due date will be shown on their credit card statement.
Those that would like to continue having a custom autopay date, will need to enroll or log into MyCardStatement and set up recurring payments.
Cardholders are being notified of this change via mail in early June.
New Mobile App
The enhanced Card Suite Pro app will be available on June 15, 2026. See Card Suite Pro tab above or click here for details.
Cardholders that currently use the MyCard Mobile app will not be able to access it after June 14, 2026.
TCM has a communication plan in place to inform current users and encourage the download and use of the Card Suite Pro app.
Addition of eZBusiness
Shortly after migration (in Q3), business cardholders will have access to a more robust account management website, eZBusiness Card Management.
TCM will offer current business cardholders demonstration sessions of the new platfrom via an email invitation. Timing of these sessions is TBD.
In the meantime, business cardholders can continue using MyCardStatement for account management.
